NO BOX RENEWAL REMINDERS

Post Office appears to no longer send BOX renewal REMINDERS. They claim that smses are sent. A number of other box holders in my area including myself did not receive any sms.<br> Now they lock your box so that you cannot get access to it, AND want you to pay a PENALTY for late renewal.<br> Really poor service.<br>
