No assistance with Parcel!!!!

I have been calling and emailing in regards to my parcel not being delivered but no answer on either methods... Its really frustrating as the last place scanned was Johannesburg INT mail centre after which it was sent to completely the wrong town before that. The one customer service lady informed me she can't assist me as it is at the INT centre and gave me their number on which you get no answer at all. Don't know what else to do to find out the status of the parcel...
