No Assistance what so ever.
I have been to the SAPO Hub or EMS in Kempton on 3 occasions and on all these occasions i have waited over 2 hours to only get a single parcel out of 3.
I am still waiting for my one parcel which is at the HUB but nobody can seem to find it.
My tracking number is RI 285 206 272 ZA.
This last parcel seems to have grown legs as i see no further tracking on it from the 30th of Jan 2015 and no feedback. This parcel is of high importance to me and need this ASAP as i have my own hard earned money tied up into this.
I have tried on numerous occasions to cantact them but to no avail.
