No assistance at all! Are there people working there?!

I have been waiting for a package, I have probably called these people over 50 times fro assistance with tracking it but the Phone rings for about 15 minutes before I get cut off. Why is there nobody answering phones?! I even smsed my tracking number to the number stated on the website.
