No answer to 3 emails sent via webpage

I have sent 3 emails from the SA post office web page to ask them about 3 parcels sent in July 2017 from CPT to Bangkok but am still waiting a response. I can't pick up the phone and just call the post office as I stay in Bangkok to I tried emailing them. Why bother asking us to contact you when you can't even bother to answer the email we sent you?. Its been over 6 months and the lady at Cape Mail said it would take 3 months to arrive here when I posted in from SA but I am still waiting.
