NO ANSWER REGARDING LICENSE RENEWAL DISC

It is sooo sad that our online License renewal at SAPO is soooo poor. They could have make a very successful business. They are unfortunately useless. If you phone you end up with someone in Durban and all they give you is a telephone number (that does not exist) and email addresses (which no one replies) It is sooooo sad!!!! Why are our Post Offices managed soooo bad! We all depend on you for packages from loved ones, license renewals that we have to do...I helped a colleague to renew his license disc online and now we get no response....what are you guys doing?
