No answer, no feedback.

I have a postage that has arrived from china. I need to supply the Post Office in Epping documents before they can release my package and sent in to Grabouw branch where I stay. I have tried more than 15 times each of the 5 numbers they supp**** me to contact for more information over these past two days with NO answers. I have a minimum of 21 days to claim my parcel but with such service I am going to loose my parcel and my money!!
