No Answer from Post office and parcel with customs for over a month

I have been trying to get hold of the South African post office since beginning of May, I am told my parcel is held at customs I must call this number ********** 000 but it just rings.

My tracking number is RI ********** 64ZA

It's so sad that we get this poor service in our own country :(
