No Answer from call center

I have been trying to track a parcel at the post office and all the numbers that they have are unanswered numbers you sit and listen to their pathetic music for long while my airtime is being used up. When you to the branch you get no help because they say they are offline.... Where is one supposed to get help regarding aa parcel and tracking its where abouts . the website is of absolute no use they should strongly consider a upgrade on it as well. I need help with my parcel either they return it back so I can use another service provider. This is the last time I'm making use of the Same Post Office services. Sies!!!
