No answer EVER!!!!!!

Trying to follow up on my parcels from overseas but as we all know, SAPO and EMS or anything related to SAPO doesn't answer their phones. Sent a mail and also no reply. If they strike, they are just as productive! <br> THANKS SAPO THANKS ALOT!!
