No answer at post office customer service for more than 9 hours of calling

I have been trying to get a local tracking number for an international shipment for more than a month now. I have now phone more than 9 hours total to get a response from the post office customer service.

Can someone please answer or provide me with a local tracking number for HJ ********** 63US
