No answer

Waiting to receive a parcel from Singapore and the parcel tracker says it should be at my post office. After wasting 2 days of my life calling someone finally decided to answer the phone then explained he can do nothing about my parcel taking forever at customs. He gave me a number 3 numbers to call and for the last week i have been calling every hour om the hour. No one answer the call because of the high call volumes they are currently experiencing ans the call gets disconnected. After a week it is clear tht no one actaully answers call. Hoping to take this even further as clearly people are experiencing the same thing.
