Nightmare at Linton Grange Post Office

some time in 2018 my mother sent me a post and unfortunately it was during the time they workers were on strike, it was in July. It was in September that same year I got registered letter slip I went to Khayelitsha post office, they told me the parcel was returned back to Linton Grange. soo I asked my mother to go back to Linton grange and check the parcel she did they said it wasn't there. She has gone back there multiple times and because of the disrespectful treatment they gave her I asked to stop going. I called then whole of last year but they never pick the phones, it just ring and rings and then the line goes dead, same with the Customer service number no-one picks up. I resorted to sending an Email they never rep**** to that also. I have had to resort to re-issuing a new clinic card for my daughter because of the poor service from yet another public institution
