Never use SAPO

Not that I expected much, but I had a package sent to me via their Speed Service courier. Of course, the word Speed is used very loosely here. I can say that it moved from Cape Town to Joburg rather quickly, but either my parcel is missing or stuck somewhere for over a week now. Absolutely pathetic. I also spent 20 minutes trying to contact the call center before I gave up, and it seems their customer service email is unattended as well. Avoid at all costs.
