Never receive notifications

The service from the Edleen post office is absolutely shocking.<br> <br> We receive parcels every month from DeAgostini yet the last shipment received was in November last year.<br> <br> I just spoke to DeAgostini and they say that two parcels have already been returned as not collected. I suspect the others would be as well!<br> <br> My question is how can we collect the parcel if we receive no notification that it is waiting?<br> <br> This is not the first either. For the past few years we have never received the first notification sent. We also get the second or finial notification. Often we will get a finial notification three weeks after the parcel was already collected! Pathetic if you ask me.<br> <br> Can SAPO not fire the postmaster and employ someone that is at least partially competent?<br> <br> Even when going in to the branch the queues are long and service extremely slow.<br> <br> Most importantly though is when can I collect my parcels???
