Never receive foreign parcels
I have ordered parcels from China. between November 2014.and the last parcel would have arrived end of March 2015. I have received none of these Parcels.Tracking numbers all Stops in South Africa.I have heard that the Post Ofice has a 3 month backlog on foreign parcels..I feel this is complete unacceptable.
