Never order anything oversees via the South African Post Office

<p>I have bought a product from China with a tracking number starting with RS on the 28th June 2017 and it was suppose to take a Maximum of 15 days and i am still waiting till this day. The reason is because the JIMC EMS in Boksburg has been delaying the processing and deliveryof my package. The worst part is that THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES, which means i have to leave work and go to the Jet Park to try and ask and even when i get there i am not allowed to enter by the security guards who then ask for my tracking number and white it by hand on a piece of paper which they tear from any book. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism in that place. My advise to the South African people is to use DHL because the SAPO DOES NOT CARE.</p>
