Never contacted me

I was never contacted to come and collect my parcel that was coming in from overseas. Eventually 4 months later i found out my parcel did arrive and that it was unclaimed and now it is being sent back to the seller. The status is currently that it is at the johannesburg international mailing centre. I cant let that product leave the country because then i will never get it back because i dont have contact with the person who sent me the package. The tracking number is RH***CN 0lease if you can help me to get my parcel it would be dearly appreciated. And i think it is very unprofessional of the post office to have never told me my parcel had arrived. Infact i was standing in the post office one day collecting my post and i got a few items while this package was in their post office and they did not give it to me then.
