Never Bank your money at Postbank

I opened an account at Post Office with an aim of saving money for my wedding, I lost my Postbank card when I went for card replacement I was told that I need to come back after 48hrs because their head office must authorise this and this info was never give to me when I opened the account, 24 hours later I contact their head office, one of their employees tells me that I need co contact them after 6 days because their system is offline, few minutes later another employee is calling me telling me that I can get some of my money but southdale branch did not send any request for card replacement, when I contact the branch the teller tells me that they forgot to make a copy of my id, and I get to hear about this because I contacted them a day later, then when I demand assistance the lady tells the supervisor that she wont help me, I also got to know that they do no even have a banking licence I still did not receive my money and I need to pay suppliers, and no one is willing to guarantee me as to when am getting my money.
