Nero Fiddles While Rome Burns

While the Post Office arrogantly tries to capture the under 1kg parcel market, unpaid satellite offices are forced to close. Riebeek Kasteel Post Office is closing!.. and the Riebeek West office is next! After 8 months no pay... there is no option but to close... so the poor will as always suffer. I am sure the top people of the SA Post Office would be willing to work unpaid for 8 months.... what do you think? They will cover their butts and try take away a market which developed due to the ineptitude of the post Office and now that we have other ways of sending parcels around the country... like a spoilt child they want a piece of the other cake! Start by paying the staff who 'man' the satellite offices and build trust... you have to earn it, you cannot force it! Without outlets, where will the parcels go to for delivery?
