Neeld za tracking code

I bought a item on ebay and now its being held by customs for tax. I dont mind paying what is due,but the problem is on UPS website its reflecting that custom going to contact me but they never did, i never received a notification. Upon phoning and visiting the post office i was instructed to wait for a notification,but it now almost over month and the post office wont assist me with za code to track the ups parcel. Please can someone help to get the za code of this parcel.
