Need to find out where my parcels are urgently

I am expecting two parcels, one from Israel and one from USA. Both have arrived in South Africa and have cleared customs. On the Israel parcel it was out for delivery yesterday and I waited at home all day for it to arrive, which it did not. On the tracking number it nows says unsuccessful delivery attempt. <br> <br> I don't want to go to the mail center today in case the USA parcel arrived while I'm out. <br> <br> It would be great if I could just speak to an agent to find out where the two parcels are and if the unsuccessful one is scheduled to be delivered again or if I need to collect it. Tracking numbers are EE***IL and II***ZA. Please help!!
