Need to find a package, but call lines are busy 24/7

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I have been trying for two days now, unsuccesfully to get through on your phone lines, how can you possibly be experiencing high call volumes at 8am? </p> <p>My package has last been updated on the global tracking tool as on its way to JIMC, but that was 10 days ago. It is also just letters so there is no way it would cause trouble at customs.</p> <p>My tracking number is RR ********** 03MY</p>
