National Postal Service is defunct

1. They do not respond to email correspondence and it appears their address is incorrect as it is returned undelivered. They advertise address as ********** but when you call the Call Centre which they do not answer they refer to their address as ********** 2. No individual contacts mail addresses work 3. Last but not least, they are incapable to deliver a simple parcel posted on 9th July 18 Please rather use privatized courier services as our National Postal Service is defunct and shamefully so as they cannot even coordinate simple communications.
