Im Kulani Francis Mawelele from Nelspruit,I have couriered my ordinary parcel last year December to Durban (Umlazi,V-Section) which is Entokozweni post office.My tracking number is PE870 416 055ZA. On Saturday 24 February 2018 I have sent my friend to collect my parcel which it was a logbook or Practical Book for My in-service training that was supposed to be submitted in Mangosuthu University of Technology for Graduation purpose in April 2018 but unfortunately my parcel was delivered to a wrong person.Please Guys help me so that we can trace this person and I get my parcel back.Other than that it means I cant get my Diploma.Please Assist me.
