MY POST HAS NOT MOVED IN TWO MONTHS.

I have just about had it with South Africa's postal service. I have ordered parcels in November 2016 and guess what, still has not be received. I then decide i wont order international anymore. I order a book on a topic i am trying to study, from Capetown. AND I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE IT. My tracking number is RC ********** 41ZA, it has been sitting in WITSPOS HUB since the 23rd on October. This parcel is extremely important to me, by not receiving it i am forced to delay my studies. I have tried contacting customer service but the phone just rings for hours and my emails seem to not even be taken into concern. The post office is no longer a reliable service.
