My parcels have been kept at Customs JIMC A

<p>My parcels have been kept at Customs JIMC A since 16 May 2017 and there has been no other movement since then. I do not understand why my parcels are kept there for so long. I have tried calling the customer service line but nobody answers as usual. I am leaving Sandton at the end of this week so the address on those parcels will be invalid. If these parcels are not delivered to me by the end of this week then you will have to deliver them to wherever I will be. I am tired of the Post Office's appauling service. You will end up loosing my parcels.</p>
