My parcel stuck in JIMC - please help

<p>Hi</p> <p>I ordered something from England it has been stuck at JIMC since the 27th of July 2017. I tried calling SA post office, but I couldn't get hold of anyone, so I sent the email to ********** for following up my parcel, but they didn't reply anything back. I don't know what should I do? Can i go to receive my parcel from JIMC? If anyone know how to receive the parcel please give me a detail</p> <p>Please help :( . The international tracking number is RS ********** 87GB. Thank you</p>
