My parcel stuck in customs for 2 weeks

<p>Hi There,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really irritated with the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). I have had a parcel which arrived in the country on the 9th of June and was sent to Port Elizabeth instead of Woodmead, Johannesburg. It was then redirected and I confirmed the address, it left PE international mail centre hub on the 30th of June and has been sitting in the jhb one since then.</p> <p>I tried calling and I was told to continue waiting, this is really frustrating as the parel should have been with me long time ago.</p> <p>They are so insufficient and if they take a call, you're really lucky.</p>
