My parcel is stuck at the mthatha hub !!

This parcel has been stuck at the sorting scan hub in Mthatha since the 24.02.2020 when will the mthatha office receive it so I can collect it ??? This is most frustrating no one answers the phone at the mthatha post office for the last 2 weeks!!!! Driving 80km to find out it's still at the hub and I can't collect it, is a waste of my time and fuel. I want some answers as to how to get my parcel and/or what the matter is to why it is not being dispatched to the post office for collection ! Tracking number : II***ZA. Please this is urgent!!
