My Parcel is stuck at Durmail HUB.

I have a parcel that was suppose to be send from Durban to Namibia,Swakopmund since the 9/02/2015 the parcel has just stucked at Durmail HUB. Please if you can't deliver give the parcel to Companies that can deliver on time cause this parcel is like my salary. How would you feel if your salary is delayed? Send it with DHL,FedEx,Formula or any other courier that can deliver it on time I'll pay for the cost. Parcel tracking CN***ZA
