My parcel is stationery for a long time

My parcel from Thailand it has been stationery at JIMA C for 23 days now since 18 September 2019. Can you tell me what is happening with my parcel because I don't want a refund I want to receive my parcels soon... I have been waiting for too long now. My parcel track number is RO1**********TH. PLEASE HELP
