My parcel is just SITTING THERE with JHB International Mail Centre! SAPO

I would like to understand what it is about my parcel that is still stuck at JHB International Mail Centre for so long. In this day and age where we have such advanced technology, it cannot be that hard or take this long to process anything!! Also, I have tried to find out about my parcel every single day since it has arrived in the country on 2018/09/07 and NOBODY answers the line on ********** . So right now all i know is that the gift I bought my husband for his birthday that was on 09 September 2018, has been stuck in Johannesburg (which is where i also reside) since 07 September 2018 and cannot seem to make its way to me, and nobody can tell me when or why or what it is still doing there. Incompetence!!
