My Parcel Has Been Stuck at Witspos

Good day<br> <br> Parcel tracking number PE***ZA has been stuck at the Witspos Hub was sent on the 4 August to date it has not yet been delivered.<br> <br> Please can you tell me why the parcel is stuck at the hub and not being delivered?
