My parcel has been ****** from the Post Office!

I am absolutely livid, the SA Post Office needs to get its act together. This is the second time I'm reporting this case, but now my parcel was collected by someone that was not me and apparently he had my ID with him but my ID has never left the house neither do I know this person. So I would refer to this as theft, I need the Post Office to contact me asap, because I can get my money back for the parcel's I bought. <br> <br> The guy who apparently collected my item is Ashley Riccardo Allan ID: *** - This is the information that is on the collection slip but I was told he was suppose to have a letter stating that I had sent him. Also the Post Office never made a copy of my ID neither of his, so how true is this and could it be an inside job.<br> <br> SA Post Office I'm waiting for a speedy response also please send me email addresses that works next time.<br> <br> Regards, <br> Allister
