My parcel has been in transit for 44 days, and still no feedback!

A parcel was sent from the UK in November 2020, international shows it was delivered to the JIMC A on the 15th December, according the Universal Parcel Tracking the item should have been delivered between the 01st and the 10th January 2021 based on 86 items delivered over 60 days! Thus far I have emailed "***" and "***" , called ***have NOT received any kind of feedback whatsoever. Our local Post Office couldn't track anything because they're offline and can't say when they'll be back online again. What is going on with our items? JIMC A don't answer any calls either?????!!!!!!!
