My parcel given to another person without my ID

<p> </p> <p>I’m very much angry with Pretoria church Square Post Office Service, i bought a dress from aliexpress, i was surprised when i check my account online(aliexpress) it shows that my parcel was collected by someone at Pretoria Post Office but I never receive any receipt for collection of my parcel, yesterday on the 7/06/2017 at 9:00 PM one guy came to our flat, when we open a door it was someone who is staying in same building but different floor the guy was caring an open parcel and the parcel was written my name and flat number, when me and my husband asked him how did he managed to be given my parcel by post office without my ID? He said he has used his ID to claim for my parcel, and he continue saying he collected my parcel on the 26 April 2017 but he decided to give us the parcel yesterday 07/06/2017. I want Post Office to explain to me why did they give my parcel to someone who was not even caring my ID? According to the receipt it shows that the Teller ID is Beauty Madihlaba, Txn No: 46049, Session ID: ********** 7-16- ********** -1; Barcode: ii ********** 29za, please they must explain to me why did they give my parcel to a person who was not even having my ID?</p> <p>Below is the emails that you can refer the complain to.</p> ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** **********
