My parcel does show any progress from JIMC A

Hello once again! It's been a past two weeks now my parcel arrived at JIMC A and doesn't show any progress. I wrote a bunch of emails to Elise Labuschagne and Mavis Katjeni in vain.The two used to assist me with my previous parcels but currently they don't make any responds.My parcel from Germany of this following track number:RH ********** 95DE have arrived at JIMC A in 27/09/2018 and even today I am still waiting for it at Phuthaditjhaba hub Free state.Just tell me what happened to my parcel is it ****** or vandalized? I will be happy to hearing back from!
