My mail is never delivered on time to the reciever

The ladies working at Krugersdorp Post Office are very rude to the extent that your mail never goes through. It's my second time sending mails by the so called "Fast Mail" but my mail never reaches its destination. I have called to confirm if my mail is sent but no my mail is not sent .And my postage address is always right
