My lost parcel at the SA Post office

I posted a small padded envelope to New Zealand from the Rasslouw Post Office on the 24th of November 2020. The PO international tracking website is not working but I tracked it on other sites to International mail and there it sits since November. I spoke to the manager of the Raqsslouw PO a week ago after trying desperately without success to get through to the PO customer help lines. The manager said that he would try to find out what happened and he would call me back. I;m still waiting. My tracking number is RJ***ZA. Even if I could just get the parcel back, that would be better than it just lying there at OR Tambo. I cannot believe that service could be this bad!
