My International Package Delivered to Wrong Post Office and Collected by a Complete Stranger

<p>I was expecting an international package, which typically takes a month to land in SA, and it somehow was sent to a Post Office in Pretoria, whereas I am in Boksburg. My tracking information tells me that it was delivered to the Woodhill Post Office, a notification was sent to the recipient, and it was collected by a Garth Jones! How is it that the postal service, first of all, sends my package to the wrong office, gets given to the wrong individual, and this individual accepts a package without his name on it? The packages always have the intended recipient and address on them, so how is it that nobody bothers checking that intrinsic detail in this case?! Also, I called the relevant Post Office in Woodhill who were most unhelpful and I emailed the JIMC and SA Post Customer Services department with the details before the item was collected. No response and no assistance. I am livid...</p>
