My 2 year also son mistreated during doctor’s consultation

Dr Carstens insulted and shouted at my 2 year old sick son, I never thought she was so rude. I left the Bronkhorstspruit premises heartbroken and hurt after being treated very bad as if I wasn’t paying for my son’s consultation.
