MVL Disc not delivered

I have been waiting for my Renewal vehicle Licence disc & after almost 2 months. STILL NOTHING. I have logged numerous calls on their website (www.sapomvl.co.za ) but NO REPLY. there is no Number that 1 can call to get any assistance. Its ONLY online messaging. Do I have any recourse if I get stopped for an expired disc?
