Muizenberg Post Office Manager

Muizenberg post office manager is one hell of a manager, No regard for people, He is the meanest and ******. We went to branch on the 31st of October to collect our parcel and found a long que of people coming to collect their grants, He chased those people saying the printer doesn't work. Firstly how he addressed those people was very undermining and disrespectful ,secondly the store has done it before, giving people money when their printers did not work after we enquired ,thirdly he called police officers to the branch to scare off those people who had done absolutely nothing. I personally feel like just because your work gives you power and the upper hand there is no need to treat people like they're nothing and worse disregarding the fact that those people were hungry and had no taxi fare to return home. He has no heart and just a selfish man. This is my second encounter with this so called manager at his branch ,disrespecting people especially blacks, then I begin to ask myself is the problem us because we are black and being undermined ? or he just doesn't have peace and needs anger management. Head office please help us with your employee.
