Much like Bigfoot or UFO's

It has now taken longer to get my parcel from one point in Johannesburg to another, less than 30 kilometers down the road , than it has taken it to travel 11 230 kilometers from abroad...and I still haven't received it... "Customer Service line/email" at this point I believe to be a an elaborate hoax.
