Mtubatuba Post Office service too slow

Service at Mtubatuba post office is extremely poor, I am currently standing here for the past 2 hours waiting for the lady by the surname Dlamini to fetch my parcel . I was here last week to fetch the same parcels but I was made to leave my number and told that I will be called . But to my surprise there was no call. When I arrive today I am made to wait for 2 hours plus without any updates. Then here comes a man with an afro when I ask him to please update me on what is happening he simply replies ok
