I posted a parcel on the 4th of July 2020 via lyttelton post office. The parcel was supposed to go to Vredenburg, western cape. The parcel was never sent to its destination. When enquire about the parcel I was told the parcel is at HomeChoice, where I am not sure. The supervisor of lyttelton post office told me I must call HomeChoice myself, I refused because I have been calling post office head office, but no luck. They are not doing anything about my problem. I am worried because I am selling those things and customers have been waiting 4 months. Please help me
