Mrs KOtse not sooted for her job at Bredasdorp Post Office

My son have recently done shopping via the internet. Its been a while now that he awaits the package. Yesterday I went down to the post office to inquire about the package this Mrs. Kotze told me to await the receipt from the post office. She is to busy to go look for packages and she has important work to be done. Now I would like to know what is so important to do if its her work to look for the package??? This is not the first time that this had happened to me. I think she really need to be taken away from serving the public, this job is not for her, she is always rude to every one.
