Hello everyone I would love it if our post office can be investigated. I've ordered some things on AliExpress and they reached our country "post office customs in Benoni". I was in contact with AliExpress from December until February the 6th. When I started communicating with post office after my order has arrived the date started changing because I was starting to investigate everyday eventually I was told allmy orders have been send to Pretoria post office. When I called Pretoria I was referred back to Benoni as they don't know anything about my parcels. Back to benoni when I started calling I was told this order numbers I'm giving them are wrong and they are not for my orders they are fir parcels that are going to Mpomalanga. I think Customs are *****ing our orders there's nothing wrong with AliExpress the problem is after parcels get to our post office they dissappear. Post office must be invested gor our orders that dissappear after lending, there's an important order that I made for my Mom's eyes it was supposed to be here on the 6th of Feb since December all my dates gor my orders have changed to March now.
