Mr Angry customer for Benoni Post Office

Hi I would like to report my parcels that disappeared at Benoni Post Office. I've ordered parcels from AliExpress last year December and by late January the arrived in South Africa. I waited for a message that says I must come and collect until mid February. I called AliExpress and they gave me this number ***. I started communicating to a lady I won't mention her name and se told my parcels have been send to Pretoria by mistake. When I started calling this number everytime I get a chance to call this lady, she started avoiding my calls. Now we are on the third month and my parcels have disappeared with no trace because even the delivery date does not appear on my tracking parcels anymore, what appears is " Sorry, logistics delay, we will delivery to you as soon as possible". This is what is exactly written on my tracking order.
